Offering authentic Georgian cuisine, a warm atmosphere, and excellent service, the restaurant provides a unique dining experience. The menu caters to all dietary preferences and features dishes made from only the finest ingredients. The wine selection includes offerings from Georgian vineyards as well as European wines. At Gastro Hub, tradition meets modern flair, creating an unforgettable culinary journey.

What do you recommend from the menu?

– Acharuli Hatsapuri: A boat-shaped cheese bread with egg, butter, and cheese. This iconic recipe originates from Adjara and has been perfected in Gastro Hub’s kitchen to match the original flavor.
– Shkmeruli (Garlic Chicken): A perfect flavor combination you’ll want more of immediately.
– Qatmis Mtsvadi (Grilled Chicken): Chicken marinated in Georgian spices and grilled over an open flame. Tender and juicy, with a subtle smoky taste.
– Khinkali: Georgian dumplings filled with meat and spices. A fun and flavorful dish that’s a must-try. You can also add a splash of vinegar to enhance the broth’s tanginess.
– Nigvziani Badrijani (Eggplant Rolls with Walnut Filling): A famous Georgian appetizer suitable for vegans. The creamy texture of the eggplant complements the nutty filling perfectly.

Our kitchen is led by Davit Nukradze, originally from Rustavi, Georgia.

Our food philosophy focuses on authenticity and quality. We choose the finest ingredients to craft dishes that stay true to Georgian traditions while catering to our customers’ diverse tastes.

Our drink philosophy is that a great meal is elevated by an excellent beverage. Whether you are a wine enthusiast or a casual drinker, we believe everyone should enjoy a good glass of wine with their meal.
