Hotel AX is the first art hotel in the Nordics, located in Helsinki’s Jätkäsaari. The name AX comes from the words “Art Experience.” Hotel AX is a unique, personal art hotel, created in collaboration with Finland’s most renowned contemporary artists, combining an art experience with hotel accommodation in a way that has never been seen before. At the heart of the concept is Finnish contemporary art. In addition to the diverse art found both inside and outside the hotel, Hotel AX serves as a platform, enabler, and gateway to the culture and art scene of Helsinki.

Hotel AX offers a variety of themed room categories, each encouraging you to relax and enjoy the art experience. Unique art is featured not only in the hotel’s public spaces but also in the room décor. You are guaranteed a wonderful night’s sleep under Joutsen’s fluffy down duvets and high-quality linens. In the bathroom, you’ll find carefully selected Dermosil Juuri bath products, made from natural ingredients and of natural origin.

The hotel’s AX Restaurant is an urban meeting place, drawing inspiration from the vibrant colors and flavors brought by shipping containers, combining spices and tastes from around the globe with both classic and modern dishes. At Hotel AX, you can enjoy artisan breakfast, lunch, or an à la carte dinner.

AX offers a rich buffet filled with the finest artisan delicacies. On weekends, the hotel also serves a special Art Brunch, available on Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
