Room options

• Comfort: These cozy and spacious standard-level rooms offer everything you need. The rooms are 23 m² in size, with views of either the street or our small courtyard. Most Comfort rooms have a wide double bed, so please choose the Comfort Twin room if you need separate beds.
• Trendy: Well-designed rooms with relaxing armchairs and comfortable beds. Our Trendy rooms are about 28 m² in size, with lovely rain showers in the bathrooms. Trendy rooms have wide double beds, but if you prefer separate beds, choose the Trendy Twin room. These twin rooms have wide separate beds, making them suitable for up to four people.
• Luxe: These rooms offer more space, at around 30 m². Start your morning with coffee from your own capsule coffee maker. You can also enjoy a long bath or a quick shower, as all Luxe rooms have both a shower and a bathtub.
• Corner: Feel at home in these 33 m² corner rooms with wide double beds and a seating area. Start your morning with coffee from your capsule coffee maker. The rooms also have beautiful bathrooms where you can choose between a quick shower or a long bath. Best of all, you can catch a glimpse of the sea from the windows.
• Mini Suite: Our Mini Suite is located on the top floor of the hotel, with windows facing our small courtyard, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. While relaxing on the sofa, enjoy views of Helsinki’s rooftops. The room is 36 m² in size, and its beautiful bathroom offers the choice of a bubble bath or a rain shower.
• Corner Suite: Our Corner Suite is on the top floor and is 41 m² in size. From the windows of this bright suite, you can catch a glimpse of the sea while relaxing on the sofa in the separate living room. Enjoy the luxurious bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower. Need an extra room? The Corner Suite can be connected to a Trendy room via a connecting door.

Restaurant Version is our take on what an eatery and cocktail bar should be. We believe dining should be about joy: good food and good moments, inspired by California’s vibrant flavors, all prepared over a charcoal grill. Version Drinkery, our cocktail bar, offers top-notch cocktails. Our wine list features a wide selection of California wines, carefully selected natural wines, and European classics. Thanks to our location, you’ll also find many of Helsinki’s trendiest restaurants nearby, offering something for every taste.

Distance from the center and significant landmarks

The hotel is located in the heart of Helsinki, at the corner of Unioninkatu and Eteläinen Makasiinikatu. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the city center, and the nearby attractions include the Old Market Hall and Market Square. Helsinki Cathedral and the Uspenski Cathedral are also just a stone’s throw away from the hotel.

Hotel breakfast

Our breakfast is served in Restaurant Version on the ground floor. The now-famous Slow Breakfast on weekends invites both hotel guests and locals to enjoy a leisurely breakfast until 2:00 PM. In addition to the buffet, you can order à la carte items such as American pancakes or a breakfast burger. Breakfast is served Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Aperol Slush – this summery drink is served year-round and is a testament to our bar’s creativity and enthusiasm in pushing Helsinki’s cocktail culture forward. “Respect the classics – but don’t forget the fun” is the motto of our bar.
