The name Rafael’s carries family heritage, a blend of the names Rafael and Rafaela, which have been in our family for generations.

What do you recommend from the menu?

Over the years, a few dishes have become classics among our guests, returning season after season—even with our frequent special and seasonal menus. We often hear from customers who travel hundreds of kilometers just to enjoy these signature dishes. Our top recommendation is the Pepper Steak, a recipe that has remained unchanged.

Who leads your kitchen, and what is the restaurant’s culinary philosophy?

Our head chef, Andreas Dikert, is calm, intelligent, ambitious, and, above all, a highly skilled chef who has effortlessly overseen our kitchen’s development. He’s supported by a talented team of chefs who share his dedication.

From the start, our focus has been on creating a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere where guests can enjoy great food.
