Lime posset ja hillottuja vadelmia
Limeposset:
200 g kerma
85 g sokeri
1 vanilijatanko
50 g lime mehu
Punnitse kerma ja sokeri kattilaan. Halkaise vanilijatanko ja raavi siemenet kattilaan. Keitä kerma seosta 2 minuuttia, jonka jälkeen kaada noin 0,5 dl lime mehun joukkoon. Yhdistä kerman joukkoon. Kaada seos lämpimänä tarjoiluastioihin ja anna seistä kylmässä vähintään 3 tuntia.
Hillottuja vadelmia:
300 g sokeri
150 g vesi
1 limen kuori raastettuna
200 g vadelma tuore
Keitä sokeri, vesi ja limen kuori 104 asteiseksi ja kaada vadelmien päälle.
