Established in 2023, Box Tuohi is rooted in Box, Sipoo, where our flagship restaurant, Box Café & Grill, continues to serve. We pride ourselves on using local and Finnish ingredients, with our burgers carrying the Finnish Key Flag symbol, representing a high degree of Finnish origin.
Box Café & Grill was voted among the top ten burger restaurants in Finland in 2022 and 2023.
We highly recommend the Box Diablo burger. This spicy meat burger has won over many burger lovers. The patty comes fresh from Roslund Meat Supply, is seared on the grill, rested in a warming oven, and finished with melted cheese. The fiery habanero mayonnaise and devil’s jam are homemade, offering the perfect kick.
Jukka Finni, our Director of Restaurant Operations, leads the kitchens of Box Restaurants. With extensive experience in various restaurant concepts, Jukka has refined the kitchen processes to ensure the best results. Our approach emphasizes long-standing partnerships with local suppliers. Roslund Meat Supply handles the preparation and delivery of our burger patties several times a week. For our fish burgers, Jukka collaborated with local fisherman Tanja Åkerfelt (Åkerfelts Fisk) to create a patty made from salmon, smoked salmon, and pike. Our vegan and gluten-free fermented broad bean patty is specially designed and produced in Pornais.
