What is Faselli Italian street food like?

“We are a small family business with roots in Italy. I grew up watching my mother and grandmother prepare delicious meals, which inspired us to start our own restaurant. We started from scratch, using home ovens, and we make everything ourselves daily to ensure we use fresh ingredients,” says Nati Contreras, the owner of Faselli. We offer good, fresh food, using only the finest ingredients. We also support artists by giving them space to host their own exhibitions at Faselli. After all, what else do you need in life but good food, good music, and beautiful art?

What is your recommendation from the menu?

I highly recommend the panuozzo – with its wonderfully crispy and thin dough. We slow-cook our porchetta rustica for about five hours. The classic panuozzo, lasagna, and pizzas are also great choices.

Who leads your kitchen? What is your food and drink philosophy?

I, Nati Contreras, the owner, run the kitchen and personally prepare everything to ensure consistent quality. I do the daily preparations to keep the ingredients fresh. I love cooking and constantly learning new ideas and ingredients.
