Who leads your kitchen, and what is the restaurant’s culinary and drink philosophy?
Head Chef Jarkko Toivonen emphasizes Finnish ingredients, complemented with subtle Japanese influences. His creations embody a clarity that aligns well with Finnish tastes, incorporating seasonal ingredients at their peak.
The menu includes wine pairings primarily from the “old world,” featuring wines from France and other traditional European regions. There’s also a selection of cellar wines, as well as sake and Japanese whiskey on the drinks list.
